Maria Blumencron’s film Escape From Tibet is currently screening in Europe and stars Hannah Herzsprung and David McInnis. After deciding to accompany a group of Tibetan children into exile over an icy Himalayan pass, Johanna (Hannah Herzsprung) falls under the watchful eye of the Chinese authorities. It is the start of a dramatic pursuit on the roof of the world that will change her life forever.
