For those who don’t know Adrian Zaw, he has done a lot of hosting (a natural at it) and has acted in non-Burmese films. So while he may question if being “the best” Burmese actor in Hollywood is by virtue of being the “only one,” his hosting skills and great acting proves he is just a good actor period. Most recently, he took on the role of TV Host for the just launched Mashbox TV! We talked to him about Michael Tacca’s short film Burmese Refugee about San Aung, a refugee from Burma, who adjusts to life in America after spending years in a refugee camp in Southeast Asia.

Burmese Refugee can be seen June 11, 2012 @ 7:30PM as part of the Sunset Gower Studios NewFilmmakers Los Angeles series. For information and to purchase tickets visit their website: NewFilmmakers Los Angeles
