Chapman University’s Dodge School of Film and Media Arts is hosting the Busan West Film Festival which is the gateway to the prestigious Busan Film Festival. This year they are featuring 18 Asian American short films to compete for two spots at Busan Film Festival. Among these films are two short films selected from Asians On Film Festival 2013 Award winning films, Wesley Du’s DUMPLING and Yuta Okamura’s WAKING UP.
The opening night film selection is Kim Jee-Woon’s American film THE LAST STAND starring Arnold Schwarzenegger and Asian American actor Daniel Henney who will be present for a Q&A. Actor/Singer Edward Zo took control of the mic for Asians On Film and gave his touch to our interview with Daniel Henney on the red carpet and in an exclusive one-on-one to talk about his career and THE LAST STAND.
