Elizabeth Sung has had an amazing film and TV career, but many may not know that she is a student of Juilliard’s School of Dance earning a BFA and performing ballet until an injury forced her to re-evaulate how she could continue to express herself artistically. And of course we know what path she took and she now has build a wonderful resume of film and TV. Her career includes a role in the iconic Amy Tan film Joy Luck Club, one of our favorite Sci-Fi films The Puppet Masters, a role on The Young and the Restless that unexpectedly turned into a 3 year contract, and what seems like guest starring roles on every TV show over the last 20 years! More recently she was in the very funny movie The People I Slept With and two short films that have garnered much attention, Teddy Chen Culver’s The Boxer and Erin Li’s L.A. Coffin School. And this hard working actress can be seen in the Season Premiere of Curb Your Enthusiasm tonight on HBO!

L.A. Coffin School will be screened on March 11th, 12th and 17th at the San Francisco International Asian American Film Festival. For more information and to purchase tickets, visit their website at SFIAAFF
