Asians on Film Festival 2013 (AOFF) is excited about announcing Luis Pedron as the Artistic Director of AOFF 2013. Currently Luis is the Co-Founder and Festival Director of the International Film Festival Manhattan in NYC (2011-present) and the former Co-Founder and Programmer of the Soho International Film Festival NYC 2010-2011. A Filipino Fimmaker, Luis is currently working on completion of the feature THE SOLAR CHAMPION and in pre-production for the feature film ELECTRIC DREAMERS.
