Steven Yeun is currently recognized by most as Sebastian on the CBS TV show The Big Bang Theory. But it is only a matter of time before he becomes associated with zombies on the new AMC series The Walking Dead. We have already confessed our love of zombie movies in the past so you won’t be surprised that we were ready for episode #1 last Sunday! We are pleased to report that the series does not disappoint and has in essence taken the zombie genre to a new level by creating a series about the long term affects, i.e., survival in a world populated by zombies! If you missed episode #1, you better catch up because episode #2 arrives tomorrow night and we will be introduced to Steven Yeun’s newest character, survivor Glenn.
Born in Seoul, South Korea and raised in Michigan, Steven switched from psychology to acting eventually landing in Chicago to study improvisational theater. Now that he is in Los Angeles we plan to talk with Steven about his film and TV career and working with the walking dead. Stay tuned for more Steven Yeun next week!
