As a lover of martial arts films, I’m excited to present the first domestic trailer for Wong Kar Wai’s latest martial arts epic The Grandmasters!
The fight choreography was done by Yuen Woo-Ping (does this guy ever stop working?), and the film is based on Ip Man, the legendary Wing Chun master and former teacher of Bruce Lee. The film stars Tony Leung, Zhang Ziyi, Chang Chen, Zhao Benshan and Song Hye Gyo.
The Grandmasters is set to release in the U.S. on August 23rd.
