A Foundling is a film that captured our attention a few months ago because of the story (the old west), the cast (Asian-American) and the Director (Carly Lyn) who appears on the surface to have no connection personally to any of this! That led us to this, the first of three interviews we did, with Tim, actress Cindy Chiu and director Carly Lyn. In between films Tim takes on TV roles, stage roles (Crimes of the Heart & Year Zero) and even adorns giant three-story billboard ads on Hollywood Blvd.!
And what’s new for Tim? He will be appearing in an episode of CBS’ freshman comedy 2 Broke Girls as EDWIN – handsome, Asian webmaster and potential love interest to the perky Caroline Channing (Beth Behrs). Edwin is the designer for the titular girls’ website for their cupcake business, but “after hours… things quickly heat up”. The episode is scheduled to air Feb 27 on CBS 8:30p/7:30c.
